Necessity of utilization of traffic lights instead of GUN SOUND as Athletic matches stating Alert Sign

Dear Sirs/Madams
As you are aware most of athletic matches and some other matches like swimming start by GUN Sound. The distances between Referee and athletes differ somehow.
Nowadays 1/100 th of second and even smaller time is vital in results .So with Considering the sound speed which is about 340 m/sec any 3.5 m distance between 2 athletes causes about 1/100 th sec. of hearing time difference of GUN SOUND. Sometimes the hearing GUN sound time for athlete in first lane and last lane differs about 5/100 sec or more and this is not fair.
Using of visual signs like colored Traffic lights in front of athletes as a starting alert sign would solve this important problem.
It is notifiable that we may send GUN SOUND as starting alert sign to blind Athletes through loud speaker for every individual athlete to make a fair starting condition for them.

Inventive Method to Control Mexican Gulf (BP)Oil spill

I am an Iranian Mechanical engineer (Researcher-Inventor) known in my country because of award winning inventions that have sent a technical suggestion for blocking the oil spill of Deep water Horizon oil well through Alternative Technology Response Form by Internet on May,31,2010 and got a receipt in this concern from Horizon Support Team on June 13,2010 by E.mail.
I have since been closely monitoring BP activities on the subject oil spill control through various sources. According to the information communicated through News Agencies, the BP’s official Site and the briefings broadcasted by the BP Vice President, the honorable Mr. Kent Wells I deeply believe that:
1-BP has derived the LMRP containment cap design from my proposed designed system. As a matter of fact it was fabricated horridly and was an incomplete imitation of my original proposal which unfortunately did not work effectively.
2-The Capping Stack which is now used on the Transition Spool which has significantly blocked the Oil Spill is also derived from my proposed design.
In the interim I requested the BP officials to reconsider our exchange of ideas to date and declare the similarity of my proposed solution to the Oil Spill with the currently installed Capping Stack and consider compensating me with a reasonable amount. But in spite of my several communications through diversified methods with BP and other related officials unfortunately I have not received any response yet.
It is notifiable that however I was aware about the intellectual properties acting laws but beuause of the urgency of the case I submitted my technical remedy without any negotiations to BP.And now I am expecting giant BP to be honest and consider my rights promptly.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

A-Reopening the perforated section of the casing pipes of deep wells in case of clogging.
B-For immediate connection of two pipes (even with different diameter) in case of emergency.
C-As a blind flange for cutting the out flow of liquids or gases from pipe ends.
D-For leveling & alignment of pipes to facilitate the welding operation in pipeline projects on earth or in sea.
