MULTIPURPOSE HYDROPNEUMATIC SYSTEM

Following you will find some information regarding one of my inventions under above name
which has a broad applications in PIPELINE everywhere specially in OIL,GAS&PETROCHEMICAL industries and also water supply projects.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
This innovative system which has several models consists of steel rings and elastic air cushions and operates by pressurized air and water.
Each model has it's specific characteristics and independent application.

IMPORTANT APPLICATIONS
A-Reopening the perforated section of the casing pipes of deep wells in case of clogging.
B-For immediate connection of two pipes (even with different diameter) in case of emergency.
C-As a blind flange for cutting the out flow of liquids or gases from pipe ends.
D-For leveling & alignment of pipes to facilitate the welding operation in pipeline projects on earth or in sea.
E-For immediate installation of control valves on the outlet of pipes specially in case of fires on the oil wells.
F-Accurate pressre testing of welded pipes for possible defects.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL AWARDS
This system is recognized as a prize winner invention in :
- The 10th International Khwarizmi Award in 1997.
- The 2nd National Iranian Oil,Gas & Petrochemical industries Award in 1998.
- Also has gained the International Federation of Inventors Associations (IFIA) Cup & Diploma as a distinctive invention in 1997.
